I don't know how config this condition on MetaEditor, you can look the picture for understand.
So i'm want create open buy order if :
1. INDICATOR of CANDLE 4 & 15 is equal : ?
2. INDICATOR of CANDLE 3 & 14 is equal : ?
3. INDICATOR of CANDLE 2 & 13 is equal : ?
4. INDICATOR of CANDLE 1 & 12 is equal : ?
5. INDICATOR of CANDLE 11 : OPEN same TRADE ?
6. IS NEW BAR : OK
7. BINARY OPTION : OK

I try something like this (DONT WORK):
INDICATOR HAVE ONLY 2 COLOR : COLOR 1 & COLOR 0

I ALWAYS KNOW HOW CONFIG IT WITH
iOPEN & iClose
IS BELLOW & IS ABOVE
But for this job i want more CONDITION & so TOO MANY POSSIBILITY
Example : FOR 7 CANDLE & 2 POSSIBILITY = 7^2 = 49 Orders
I need learn for 1 or 2 equal condition and i can do the job after
