I need a new ea (this is not for bacha pk )

it's a counter /supporter ea , which opens a pending order( stop sell and stop buy) against an open order opened by an ea or manually.
I name the required ea as ea2 here

1-when a position is opened by ea 1 ,ea2 should open a pending order ,in multiple size of x,and distance specifed by user( in case of No sl is placed by ea1)other wise it's pending order price= sl price of ea1

Example order opened eurusd buy 1.0 lots at 1.2900 sl 1.2898 tp 1.2910 by ea1 , pending order sell stop opned at 1.2898 by ea2.

2- the open rate of the pending order selected by the open position's sl rate.

Example: buy at 1.2900 sl 1.2898 tp 1.2910, sell stop at 1.2898 ,

3- as ea1's open position is progressing in the direction of profit , it's traling stop+step pips should be amended by ea2  ,trailing stop should be very fast and closest to the price.

4- tp whill be ammended after the position is opened by tp in pending order by ea2,

5- as trailing stop is changing in open position, it should also change the price of pending order as sl  of open position .so once sl in open position is hit, stop pending order will be open the same rate.

6-After opening the pending order , it's trailing stop should work same as trailing stop worked in first open position.

7- there should not be any open position unless all positions are closes even by ea1 and ea2

8- if ea1 closes on tp and doesn't hit sl then pending order should be removed.

9- when this ea is attached to one graph , it should work for all eas+currencies attached to this account and act for all the same way ,
