I would like to have an EA to place pending orders and simple control panel

Hello,

I would like to have an EA which can do following function,

1) once turn on the EA, it will place pending orders immediately, above & below the current price
I can set the total numbers of the pending orders from setting, for example 80, then this EA will place 80 pending orders on the chart immediately once i run the EA, 40 pending BUY and 40 pending SELL orders above & below the current price

2) it do not take profit by each orders,
it will read the account balance and take profit by getting profit from account balance, then it will close all of the opening orders and turn the EA into sleep mode

3) simple control panel on the chart, which only need 2 main functions and showing data for easy reading, 
- Button for turn the EA RUN/SLEEP (default in SLEEP mode)
- Button for Close All Orders (in case i do not use Take Profit setting, i can close all orders with this button manually)
- showing how many running orders on the chart

my require EA parameter will be something like following,

magic number = 12345
Lot size = 0.01 
Order distance (in points) = 100  ### distance between each pending orders
Max orders = 80  ### 40 pending BUY orders PLUS 40 pending SELL orders ABOVE & BELOW the current price, totally 80 pending orders
Take Profit & Close all orders = $10  ### read data from the balance amount, once reach profit $10, close all running orders and make the EA into SLEEP mode
