2 Timeframe EMA Crossover + RSI Expert Advisor

Here is what I need:

-An expert advisor that can input both long and short orders automatically.  One active order at a time.

-Long orders should be based on an MA crossover (fast MA above slow MA) + an RSI not below 40.  Order should be placed on next candle after cross.

-Short orders should be based on an MA crossover (fast MA below slow MA) + an RSI not above 60.  Order should be placed on next candle after cross.

-MAs should be exponential moving averages.  Default periods should be fast = 8 and slow = 89.

-The EA will be placed on the 1 min timeframe for trading, but the buy/sell signal must be confirmed by the same signal on the 5 min timeframe.

-Profit level for either buy or sell should be set at 10 pips.  

-Stop loss level for either buy or sell should be set at 30 pips.

-Opposing signal set up would also stop out the order.  Example: current have an active long position, but now a sell signal is showing on both timeframes, the long position is stopped out and a short order is placed.

-I am planning to optimize this strategy myself over time, so the variables I need to be able to change and test are:

-Profit target

-Stop loss level

-MA periods

-RSI levels
