Fix the alerts on my indicator

MQL4 Indicators

Specification

Right now when my indicator sends out Push notifications and alerts it does so on an open candle before the candle closes and confirms a new signal. I need to make it so the indicator will only send out a signal on a closed candle only. For instance if the candle closes and the indicator adds a arrow on a closed candle then a signal and push notifications will be sent out. 

So we will be fixing all the alerts and signals so they send out alerts and signals only when the arrow forms on the previous closed candle only!

Please also check the indicator and make sure it doesn't repaint.
