Specification

I have a Binary Options EA that is fully functional. I want the following changes to it. 

1) Replace the instant trade opening with a TRAILING PENDING ORDER (or a similar mechanism) ... simple addition to the EA which should place and modify a PENDING ORDER with a trail of Variable  (5pionts) above the current price for a BUY/CALL  and modify at every point move as the price continues to  moving away (down). This would be until the price retraces (up) to and trigger the pending  ORDER. Same on the SELLS/PUTS but reverse. Mt4 based brokers may not allow pending order or trailing pending order. instead you can also use other techniques to store price to an on-screen variable or a line and trail to (trail_Variable in points) before the price reverses and triggers a trade. 

b) Integrate MT2IQ (This is a 3rd party service/software allows mt4 trade copied to IQoption.com) code available. This option should have True/False. Code for integration is available https://www.mt2iq.com/mt2iq-library  library file code is also available. So when this is true, a trade will be opened to the MT4 binary broker and also the order will be sent to MT2IQ. Expiry of trade for MT2IQ must be customizable.
