Simple candle robot with Limit orders and trailing stops.

I need a EA to be coded that does the following:

On a new candle, create a pending buystop and sell stop at openprice + and - 6 pips.

SL is 5 pips.

If limit order is triggered, the closing of 30% of position is +3 pips(1st pip target), then move to break even.

At 2nd pip target, another 30% of original position is closed, and trailing stop follow distance is updated.

Lastly at 3rd pip target, trailing stop distance is changed again.
