I want to use the attached indicator to make Arrow up and down indicator

All input of the attached indicator should be in the new indicator.

The indicator should have time frame setting in its input( where i can type the timeframe i want it to show Arrow up and down for)

The indicator should update value moderately and not repainting and not redraw on any chart and should appear in all timeframe with any seeting (the attached indicator also is not repainting.) and should be backtest with any setting on any  chart time frame.

And should be suitable for EA
