Expert Advisor based on Martingale with Hedging EA

Specification

I want an EA that order in both BUY and SELL

starting with 0.01 lot BUY/SELL

then set TP with the GAP that can be set in the EA for example 250 pip for PROFIT

after TP 250 pip in BUY then there will be 0.02 lot sell and again BUY 0.01 lot with same TP for 250 pip

but if the graph keep on going BULL then there will be SELL 0.02 0.03 0.04 0.06 0.08 0.13 .... which I will give you again my scale

and after having higher lot order EA can modify all the sell orders TP to martigale with profit 

there will be no stop loss in this EA, so if anyone can do this type of EA please contact me thanks
