Specification

Hi all I am looking for a simple EA to be built. As follows... I would like the ea to open a buy order when rsi14 is over 70 and rvi crosses up from being under -.15 TP to be auto set at 100 pip (but changeable) SL auto set at 50 pip (also changeable) and trailstop auto set at 10 pip (also need changeable). The sell order would be the same. It must only open one order at a time as no hedging. Must work for 15 min frame up to 4 hour frame. Must work for any pair but specifically GBPJPY. All that would be needed for indicators would be rsi and rvi.
