Specification

1) If number of open trades exceed Total_trades_to_close_ALL variable, EA should close all open trades and restart trading. 

2) if negative floating exceeds Negative_Float_to_close_All variable, EA should close all open trades and restart trading. 

3) Lotsize_based_on_Account_percentage (True/False), if this is set to true, EA will calculate the lotsize based on the percentage of account balance, else given Lotsize variable is used (static).
