Wondering if you can help with this one.
Quite simple really. It requires RSI and Momentum default period 14.
For a UP alert - RSI crosses up through 50 level, and Momentum crosses up through 100 level on the same bar.
For a DOWN alert - RSI crosses down through 50 level, and Momentum crosses down through 100 level on the same bar.
In addition the bar where there crosses occur should be in the direction of the intended alert/trade.

In addition to this I would like to have a function where once it alerts I would like to have it not alert on that same pair for x bars (default 10). So for example, say MOM and RSI are choppy and crossing up and down every few bars, it would stop this for 10 bars, and then alert again after the next cross after 10 bars since the first alert.
I would also like an arrow up/down to appear where it alerts.
