Some Easy Modifications To An Existing EA needed

I would like to add the following modifications to the original EA:

1. Trailing Stop, TP, SL, etc.

2. News Filter- EA will not trade during news periods. User should be able to specify how long before news to stop trading and how long after news to resume trading. e.g. If news is at 3pm, user should be able to enter '1 hour', this will turn the EA off 1hour before the news (2pm), and then it will resume 1 hour after news(4pm). 

3. Source code should be included and an open code

4. When price reaches 50% of the TP, the SL should move to the entry price (Break Even)

5. There should be some mechanism for money management. (User specifies what percent of capital to risk per trade)

6. There should be an option to only allow buy orders

7. There should be an option to only allow sell orders

8. The user should have the option to disable any of the above options.

9. The EA should display the indicators on the chart when it is activated.
