Simple EA for MT4

Variables
TP: manually set
SL: manually set
Breakeven At: X profit, manually set
BreakEven Slide: X pips
Lot Size:
ADX: True or False on using the ADX filter

Indicator parameters
ADX14 on close, but I would like to be able to modify this setting.

Entry conditions
Buy at previous day's high if hourly candle starts under said price and if ADX (14) is over 20 & if +D is over -D (if ADX filter is on)
Sell at previous day's low if hourly candle starts over said price and if ADX (14) is over 20 & if +D is under -D (if ADX filter is on)

if either buy or sell conditions are triggered, there should not be more trades entered. Only 1 trade per day. 

I will need a well documented source code.

Nice to have features:
Previous day high and low lines
Active trade with SL, TP and breakeven as note on chart
Email alert when position is entered, when SL is moved to breakeven point and if SL or TP is hit. I have the setup, just need the alert in the EA
