I want a very simple robot/indicator for MT4

I want to set the following value in the settings:

Spread: (set it to 4 as default)

Close time: (set it to 1000 as default)


How the software should works:

First function: I want that the software checking the spread and if the spread value bigger than the set value (4 as default), then the sotfware do not allow any trades by one click button (if the actual spread same or less then the set value, then the software allow the trades by ine click button)!!!


Second function: if the close time has been set to 1000, then the software will close all trades after 1 second (in 1000 ms). If I go to set it to 2500, then it means 2500 ms (2.5 seconds)


THATS ALL!!
