Mathematical EA need some editing - no indicators - experienced programmer only

I am working on the mathematical EA without any indicators. This EA is not finished and it does need a very experienced programmer to finish it the way I want it.

This is absolutely positively 100% not a request for a new EA, again I need a programmer who can fix it. The programmer needs to follow scheduled timelines.

Very basic explanation of what EA does is;

EA post pending orders under specific rules.

Once orders are executed OCO liquidate positives and negatives… again under specific rules.

What needs to be implemented into the EA.

There is a bunch of lines in the chart and descriptions that need to be removed. The previous programmer inserted… probably by copying and pasting the code. (not real programming)

EA needs to be edited to work… in the case of a power surge or for any reason that MT4 or computer is restarted. EA should continue from the point where it stopped it should not start from the beginning buying or post new trades or pending if some trades are already open.

The function that posting pending orders need to be inspected and fixed

The function that deletes pending orders if market goes far needs to be inspected and fixed

OCO (One or more Cancel One or more) should contain 3 unique way of liquidating orders. One is partially implemented but needs serious fix-up. Other 2 needs to be programmed into the EA.

EA/input needs to be edited and additional options need to be implemented.

This is a general list of what needs to be done. All info will be included in agreements documents attached to this project.

The majority of people on this site is not capable of finishing the complex job. Usually, the great percentage of the people use bullying and intimidation to end the project, another people twisting any word to start an argument, and then there is a lot of people who generally copy and paste code, so they will put something close to what is ordered and then keep arguing forever. I have the terrible experience with programmers who pretend that they don’t understand what’s requested, programmers who argue that you are not right and based on that you should pay them. Programmers who will look at the project give you bunch of advice and request payment with no code what so ever. A bunch of scammers. So far, I did not lose the arbitration. Please do not waste my or, your time, in advance I am telling you this is not easy task perhaps it is really difficult one… if you know what you are doing. You are more than welcome to take this project if not stay away….
