EA based on multiple timeframes and currencies with Stochastic and Williams Percent range

Hi, I hope you can help me with this. Please read carefully, so it will be absolutely clear what i mean. If you have questions or comments please tell me.

I need a EA that executes orders based on the Stochastic and Williams Percent range in multiple timeframes and currencies and or indices. 

Below a hopefully clear case.See screenshot I need this EA. Example :

Pairs USDCHF and EURUSD and (.....)

If : 

Timeframe 1M EURUSD : both indicators Stochastic and Williams Percent range have reached a selected value between 0 and 100. (Example value : Stochastic above 95 and Williams above 93)

And

Timeframe 1M USDCHF : both indicators Stochastic and Williams Percent range have reached a selected value between 0 and 100. (Example value : Stochastic below 19 and below Williams 30)

And

Timeframe 5M EURUSD : both indicators Stochastic and Williams Percent range have reached a selected value between 0 and 100. (Example value : Stochastic above 85 and Williams above 30)

And

Timeframe 5M USDCHF : both indicators Stochastic and Williams Percent range have reached a selected value between 0 and 100. (Example value : Stochastic below 20 and below Williams 20)

And 

Timeframe 1M ......: both indicators Stochastic and Williams Percent range have reached a selected value between 0 and 100. (Example value : Stochastic +/- .. and Williams +/- ..)

And

Timeframe 5M ...... : both indicators Stochastic and Williams Percent range have reached a selected value between 0 and 100. (Example value : Stochastic +/-.. and Williams +/-..)

= Result execute 1 order on USDCHF 

I also need to select multiple settings to be active or inactive. So their needs to be a save setting option that i also can back test.

I need a combination of 3 selectable different currencies and or indices.

So in this case :

if the EURUSD 1M value is above stochastic 95 and above 93.

if the USDCHF 1M value is below stochastic 19 and below 30.

if the EURUSD 5M value is above stochastic 85 and above 30.

if the USDCHF 5M value is below stochastic 20 and below 20.

If all these conditions are true their should be 1 preselected buy or sell order with a fixed take profit or stop loss or i want a take profit based on a value from Stochastic and or Williams.

I also need to select multiple conditions to be active or inactive. So their needs to be a save setting option that i also can back test.

Possibilities to select :

Different lotsize( 0.01 0.02 etc.)

Buy and sell orders based on Stochastic value and or Williams value in combination of Multiple currency pairs

Stoplosses and or take profits based on a fixed size and or based on Stochastic value and or Williams value.

Possibilities to select active time frames

Possibility to backtest different inputs

Max spread option

Minimal Volume option (on execute frame)

Visual sign in that executes no orders, but only show a sign on the chart when it would place a order.
