Searching for a stable Expert advisor that gives me profits almost each month

I need an expert advisor that gives me stable profits almost each month, it's not mandatory to win every month but i can't accept more than 3 or 4 negative months in a year.

the drawdown shouldn't exceed 8%, profits should be around 50% each year.

i don't want a tick scalper, every trade should be product of a strong analysys, the ea should not bee too much broker dependable

strategy is open up to you, but if it is martingale/grid the max lotsize/exposure should remain acceptable, as i said i don't want to risk more than 8%, maybe 10%.
