Hello, I need a simple robot that will always open a buy and sell position when the take profit of a previous position is reached.

The robot should:

  • Start by opening both a sell and buy position for a predefined lot size and a predefined take profit in pips
  • As soon as a take profit is reached (either on the long side or short side) the robot so open 2 new positions (long and short) right away with the same lots and take profit as above
  • Continue doing that forever

This is a fairly simple robot with no money management or trade management at all. All it needs to do is open positions and set take profits.

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells
