3 SMA Moving Averages and MACD crossing signal

I am looking for an indicator that gives me a signal in the following conditions: 

BUY Alert

Main conditions 

SMA 50 > SMA 100

SMA 50> SMA 200

SMA 100 > SMA 200 

Then: 

 First MACD Signal and MACD MA below the the 0. 

 Second MACD MA crosses signal line Signal BUY 

Main conditions have to be there to generate a signal Example below

 Green= 50 SMA Yellow=100 SMA Red= 200 SMA

SELL alert 

Main conditions 

SMA 50 < SMA 100

SMA 50<  SMA 200

SMA 100 < SMA 200 

Then: 

 First MACD Signal and MACD MA above the the zero line. 

 Second MACD MA crosses signal line Signal SELL
