Simple Expert to close all positions based on the P/L

I need an expert which would close all positions (pending and open) if the actual P/L reach a percentage of the equity (let's say 1,5%, which should be a parameter)

the opposite should be true as well as a second parameter, but optional (not triggered if 0), to close all the  positions (pending and open) if the actual P/L is -2,5% of equity (which should be a parameter),

a notification should then be sent using the metatrader push, using this format (POSITIONS CLEARED ON PROFIT, NEW EQUITY: ... )

of course if it was a loss the PROFIT term should be LOSS 

a great added value (but not mandatory), would be if the developper could change a parameter in the MT4 Global Parameter with DailyProfitGoal = True
