Make a simple trading hour time based EA

Specification

EA will only trade at the start of mentioned hour in the inputs, say we set it to 12 , ea will trade at the start of 12 hour as per broker time . it will look the direction of 11th hour candle , if it that candle closed bearish  ea will post pending sell stop 2-5 pips below the close price of 11th hour candle . same way of previous candle close above ea will post buy stop above the its close price . number of pips distance for buystop/sell stop will be editable .

there will be 2 options for SL , 1 : high/low of previous candle , 2 number of SL pips . so i can select any option .

also the tp option .
