Inside BAR EA I am looking for a programmer that can create a EX based on the following :

I am looking for a programmer that can create a EA based on the following :  

General Description

-  EA is to Monitor Any Forex Pair, Gold, Silver, Oil, Indices  Etc  and Any Time Frame , MT4 ,5 Decimal

-  EA is to Look for the formation and completion of an Inside Bar Based on the prior Mother Bar

-  EA is to show Clearly the formed Mother BAR in select able color

-  EA is to monitor the ADX Cross set at select able  ' X " values

-  EA is to open a Trade after confirming the ADX cross direction looking back at ' X ' Select able number of bars. So if an Inside Bar is formed and the ADX was two bars ago and  ' X ' number of bars is 5 the EAS will proceed to open that trade in that direction .

-  EA  is to manage the trade with basic  SL and TP Levels along with TS     Also an escalation TP by ' X '  move is to be added and explained as follows :  

   Simply Put for example the TP level is set at 50 PIPS:   If the TP level is nearing  and comes with in the select able ' X " trigger level of say 5 PIPS of the set TP of 50  the EA will extent the TP by a Seletcable  " X " number of PIPS and continue on allowing for slower gains and large moves or spikes consistently modifying the TP higher as price escalates in that direction . The SL level will then be pulled up from the starting SL  level  to ' X ' PIPS away from the New TP and  trail by  ' X " pips and act as the exit point of the trade so if it reverses it will close at SL .  The TP level is never reached as it is always pushed higher as the trade moves in the positive direction allowing to capture possibly bigger moves and not close the trade at the fixed TP level that was originally chosen which limits upside PIPS .

-  EA is to Have a Select able  Yes or No Martingale Multiplier on Loosing Trades by Multiplying effect and number of max trades and over all max lot risk per symbol.

-  EA is to have Select able  Fixed Trade starting sizes and select able Percentage of account option

-  EA is to have a Trade Time Filter Start and End Times and No Trade Days

-  EA  is to have a Trade Entry Audible Alert  Pop Up on Chart and Email and Push Feature .

-  EA is to clearly show and Paint the Entry and Exit  along with the Inside Bar

I am sure there are many other simple and basic features I amy have missed I will be happy to answer questions to come to a concluded EA
