Pending Stop Order in MA

Hi,

Robot want to find the trend first for placing Buy stop or Sell stop orders

Suppose

Above The MA means Buy Trend

Below the MA means Sell Trend

Considered Buy Trend 

New Candle opening Buy Stop want to place according to our Distance by Our option eg)3 pips from opening Price 

If buy triggered means place next buy stop immediately at 3 pips distance and place next buy stop (3pips distance)

if triggered second buy and reverse means ,buy stop will wait till the end of current candle ,and change the buy stop position in new candle open price + 3 pips distance ,

like wise cycle will move , Trailing Stop ,SL, TP is want to place as our option,

If market price reach the MA below means ,in new candle , sell stop will follow 3 pips distance ,if sell triggered means place next sell stop immediately ,

like wise cycle will move
