Simple EA required

Hello

I am looking for an expert who can code an Expert Advisor  for an already existing indicator. I have an indicator and can supply you the code. I would like you to convert this indicator to an EA.  This is the first phase of my EA, so it is simple. When I get this up and running to my satisfaction, I will add more conditions to the EA for which I will pay extra.

 Briefly teh EA should do the following:

1. When the indicator conditions are met , place BUY and SELL Orders

2. When the  EA starts, check some conditions(like if any existing orders exist)

3. User inputs like when the EA should run, 24 hrs, Session timings {input}
