需在MT4平台，用MQL4/MQL5语言开发定制一个软件功能： 根据均线、布林线、RSI等这些技术指标，软件功能里面可自定义配置这些技术指标的参数。 并且软件功能要根据设置的技术指标的参数条件监控到所有时间段的所有盘面。一旦信号达到这些设置的条件，就给出手动下单前的提醒报警。
