Need a Expert Advisor to Trade Fibonacci Levels

Dear Programmers,

I need urgently an Expert Advisor that trades automatically based on certain Fibonacci Levels.

1. To put it simply, the EA should monitor swings highs and lows (in bullish or bearish markets) based on the following timeframes (15mins, 1hr, 4hr, I should be able to choose) and automatically searches for price pullbacks to (50%/61.8%/78.6%, I should again, be able to choose) and then places a trade.

2. This is meant to be a scalper EA so which means to say e.g. if a trade is triggered at 78.6% Fibonacci, the TP & SL should be approx 10pips or less and the user should be able to set the TP or SL. Trailing stops must also be in its feature.  

3. An option should also be added for me to select whether or not to trade on news events (e.g. US NONFarm Payrolls, first Friday of every month) 

4. EA should also be trading in Daytime, no after night hours i.e. when market is closed.

5, Set the number of lots to trade as an input parameter
