Basket management moviment EA :
This project i need the Ea manage the basket trading to identify when some currency to became strong or weak against the another and when have some movement on somes currency
the Ea have to open order to same side on another currency that not moved yet.
1 - The Ea have to Scanner each currency pair each 1 second and check how many pips moved up or down, i can set the time on second to EA scanning, this can be 1 second or how many seconds I set on parameter;
2 - on parameters I need a option with amount of pips the EA have to identify on some currency pair to get signal
3 - number or the currency pair to get a signal with volume of pips moved
DETAIILS OF BEHAVIOR: lets assume the EA are scanning the JPY basket to find opportunity: (USDJPY, AUDJPY, CADJPY, CHFJPY, GBPJPY, NZDJPY, EURJPY ) and I set to EA get signal on 3 currency pair, and also I set the amount pips up or down like 10 pips........ So the EA have to keep scanning this basket JPY trading and when during (1 second) the EA find on three currency pair a movement minimun of 10 pips, Up or down the EA have to open trades on another last currency pair orders to same side, so if the movement was 20 pips up on fast three currency pair the Ea have to open long orders on four that still do not moved yeat so far....

OBS: the condition to open can repeat again and again if during each one second the same situation repeat, I mean the Ea can open several orders on same or different currency pairs.....
