I need new EA

Hi 

I need an EA based on script attached.  Example of entry trade attached.

Entry point:

1. BUY if: a) Candles are minimum 30 pips below the white line b) Buy entry when blue arrow appears c) Set TP: 23 pips SL: 22 pips 

2. SELL if: a) Candles are minimum 30 pips above the white line b) Sell entry when red arrow appears c) Set TP: 23 pips SL: 22 pips

Comments: 

- If position is closed with profit do not open another position.

- If position is closed with a loss add another position (if all requirements are met) with 50% more of previous entry in the same direction.  (Forex example if position was 0.20 lot and was closed on stop loss, another entry will be 0.40 lot)

- If position is open ignore another entry signal.

- If spread is more then 2 pips then TP: 27 SL: 25 

- Do not open another position after five consecutive loss.

Fund Management: Use of funds 1% - 10%, and can be entered manually
