Combine indicators and EA into one EA

I have ownership of 3 tools:

1. One EA enters a trade after price crosses a drawn trend line.

2. One indicator shows single currency strength in the form of a number (shows all major 8 currencies)

3. One indicator shows trend direction in higher time frames.

Currently I set an e-mail alert for the EA. Then I have to manually check currency strength and trend direction from the other two indicators before I make a decision to actually enter a trade.

 I would like to automate this:

 BUY SCENARIO:

1. Once trend line EA makes a BUY alert for EUR/USD 

2. Check currency strength (difference between currency pair >3. E.g. for EUR/USD - if EUR is 8.50 and USD is 4.50; difference is >3, so this is VALID BUY)

3. Check trend in higher timeframe -e.g. if H4 is UP trend - VALID BUY

4. Enter trade (with set SL)

SELL SCENARIO:

 1. Once trend line EA makes a SELL alert for EUR/USD 

2. Check currency strength (difference between currency pair >3. E.g. for EUR/USD - if USD is 8.50 and EUR is 4.50; difference is >3, so this is VALID SELL)

3. Check trend in higher timeframe - if H4 is DOWN trend - VALID SELL

4. Enter trade (with set SL)
