Specification

I need an indicator/EA (whichever is best suited) that reads in a CSV file
and plots the values in an indicator window.

CSV files will be in the format:
2014-12-12  10:00  46.408694  51.171717   0.000000  0.00000
2014-12-12  11:00  46.367167  50.707071   0.000000  0.00000
...

Or it may be the following format, depending on the desired timeframe.

2014-12-12  10:01  46.408694  51.171717   0.000000  0.0000
2014-12-12  10:02  46.367167  50.707071   0.000000  0.0000
...

What is required is that I will enter the filename to use through the indicator popup/dialogue,
as there will be more than one CSV, and more than one instance of the indicator used per chart,
with different files being used for each. So for example, if I click on an indicator instance,
I should be prompted to open a particular file by typing in the filename, then it should plot the
desired file in the indicator window.
