EA for PZ Day trading

I need an EA to trade with signal from some indicators as follows, screenshots attached for more details, and indicator also attached for examine. 

 Indicators used:

• PZ Day trading (MinRange, MaxRange, HighLowFilter) those are configured in EA
• EMA 34 Close (Period configured in EA)
• EMA 89 Close (Period configured in EA)

Signal:

• PZ Day trading indicator signal 

• Lot size should be calculated as risk percentage, or fixed (configured in settings)
• Support magic number

• SL equals the activation price +/- high/low of the PZ Day trading box + Extra N pips (configured in settings) + Spread; signal is valid if calculated SL <= SL threshold (configured max SL settings)
• Activation price must be above(for BUY)/below(for SELL) EMA (89 close) (Setting to add this as rule for entry)
• Distance between EMA (34 close) and EMA (89 close) between X and Y pips to be valid rule (Setting to add this as rule for entry, rule not active by default)

Trade execution (if rules met):  

• open position with take profit 1:3, managed as follows:
• once TP1 hit close 1/3 of trade and move SL to BE
• once TP2 hit move SL to TP1 price and close 1/2 of what left 
• leave the rest to TP3 or to return to TP1 level
• Don't count new signals if the current order still opened 

EA will be delivered with source code, I need clean code, documented for later modification, rating will be based on this.
