Reception / Transmission of messages with TCP protocol

Hi,

I would like to hire someone to develop procedures / functions to send and receive messages with TCP protocol.

Communication protocol must be based on TCP protocol.  

It should be possible with these procedures to :

-use any TCP port,

-connect to this port,

-listen to this port,

-receive messages from  a Windows 32 application,

-send messages to a Windows 32 application,

-messages should be of strings of at least 100 characters. 

A sample EA will be delivered with source code MQL4 to test the functions and validate the project.

To achieve this project the use of DLL is allowed. 

Solution using event oriented programming would be preferred to other solutions.
