Heiken Ashi Smoothed EA with filters

I am looking for a Heiken Ashi Smoothed EA. I need a developer who is able to complete this work properly.

Please only apply if you understand ALL the filters and requirements

The logic will be as follows:

A buy trade is generated if 1,2 or 3 (according to the input filter) blue candles follow after a red, assuming all other filters are bullish.

A sell trade is generated if 1,2 or 3 (according to the input filter) red candles follow after a blue, assuming all other filters are bearish.

The exit strategy is closing the trade on reverse signal. It is like the entry filter but inverse. A buy trade is closed if 1,2 or 3 red candles (according to input) follow in a row. Vice versa for the sell signal.

Here are the additional features I need:

Money Management (Fixed/Compound)

Fixed lot size, compounding lot size

Invert Strategy  (Yes/No)

Buy on sell signal, sell on buy signal    

Trailing Stop and Trailing Step (Yes/No)

Manual trailing features, or ATR multiplier trailing feature

Break Even (Trailing Stop takes priority)

Move stop loss to break even after a set number of pips

Moving Average Trend Filter      

1 - Single MA - If price is under MA (fast), sell signals only, if price is above MA (fast), buy signals only

2 - MA Cross - If fast MA is below slow MA, sell signals only, if fast MA is above slow MA, buy signals only 

Heiken Ashi Smoothed Trend Filter

Option to choose 1,2 or 3 consecutive candles to open a trade

Option to chose 1,2 or 3 consecutive reverse candles to close a trade      

Choose delay between closing trade and opening new trade     

Day/Time Filter      

Options to choose when to trade and when not to trade

Customisable HA smoothed parameters

All parameters of HA smoothed, to be available to modify

CMI (Choppiness Index) filter

This code can be provided as an indicator to you. If CMI is below 30, no trade.

Doda Donchian filter (Yes/No)

This code is freely available online, but can be provided as an indicator to you.  

Doda Donchian has a "signal price". Not the doda line or the donchian channel line, but a signal price. If price is above signal price, buy. If price is below signal price, sell
