Control Panel

This post is to determine an estimation for a project.  

 Objective:   Create a mql4 application .   The application will be a visual interface that can be accessed on the platform.   

Application description:   The app will be a monitoring system.   It will  be a master control panel of EA's and will regulate risk management as its primary goal.   The secondary goals will include displays.

Inputs:   All EA's that will be traded.   2/ previous trade history  3/  Account balance

Output:  see below

input/output:  max risk level  (adjustment for risk level)  max risk level is a gate which will stop allowing new trades if current risk level is above max.   

output:  ea's names that are loaded

output:   current risk level

output:   current open trades  (pair, current risk level, p/l)

output:   balance of account 

output:  priority ea's    - this has to do with previous losses in which the loaded ea's contain a trade recovery method.  If there was a previous loss, this will be given priority (risk level gate) over new trades.
