Need EA with 3 indicator

I need one EA with  3 indicator . [ ea must open order and  also give the Alert ]

all of the period must be optional

TP AND SL  Must Be auto and optional

 ..  like SL 100 PIps TP   300 Pips 

Exepct bollinger  all of other indicator also must be optional  

1:bollinger band  [20 -2.0-]

2a CCI [period 14]  --  2B: Moving Avarage of CCI [Period 5] 

3: Avarage directional Movement index [ADX] [periot14]

 here is the rules of EA 

for buy :   first   price must touch or more than bollinger down band  in that  bar or next bars ,if  CCI cross  MAV of CCI  and upping[CCI must be above 100]   and    with ADX indicator  if  green line rising and red  line falling 

than  we ll open Buy Order

for  sell : first   price must touch or more than bollinger down up band .  in that  bar or next bars . if  CCI cross  MAV of CCI  and  falling [CCI must be belowe - 100]  and  with ADX indicator  if  red line rising and green  line falling
