Modify and add more money management options to my EA

VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING AND REVIEW THE EA'S CODE BEFORE BIDDING   

 
I would like to add the following money management to this EA.  

When Max lot size is reached  and closes in profit or loss the EA will Reset back to the smaller lot sizes, the EA will act as if it was put back on the chart fresh, the EA if money management enabled will use the large and Small lot sizes inputted manually in the EA in the settings. I also want to add Stop Loss functionality. You can specify the Stop Loss which will be applied to Each trade. For instance if there's 3 trades open on EURUSD and you set the SL to 100 that would mean the SL on Each trade is 100. Each money management feature will be optional. When you choose not to use money management the EA will function normally as if money management wasn't added  

 Very important you may have to modify the logic to get this to work correctly. If you are unable to get this to function on Prototype phase you agree to cancel the project. Please look at the code before bidding to make sure this will function properly   

I have provided the EA so you can review the code before bidding. Please backtest and review code before bidding. Please put on EURUSD on the 15 mon chart when back testing
