The Rollover Finch v1.9R EA is based on the Knoxville Divergence indicator, and the ea is running on any pair at M5 chart.
It have First and second trade inside the ea, the second recover the first trade if market goes agaist the way, the first and second trade open a new order only then the knoxville have had a divergence.

The Vega EA have a sort of martingale, but have trend following pending stop orders.
That means if you have one buy open order and market goes aginst you it put a following pending buy stop order, the smart is that it dosent activated any orders untul the market have changed and goes up again,
best is to look into the strategy tester and have view mode, to understand.
Hope any can change and build this requirements i have.
