MA_Angle Trend

I need a extra element added into my code called the SPEEDOMETER component. Put FAST MOVING average element with 7 MA (but can be adjustable) and the distance it falls or rises 20 PIPS (can be adjustable). The distance the 7 MA moves on candle open and close is checked, if the 7 MA moves X amount of pips (we have put 20 PIPS in the parameters) a default arrow (found in INSERT TEXT LABEL down or up arrow) is added to the chart. If the 7 MA (adjustable) moves 20 pips(adjustable) within the duration of the candle a arrow is places on the high or low of the candle. If the 7 MA moves down 20 pips in duration of candle a RED down arrow is placed on the candle on CLOSE. When the 7 MA rises 20 pips in duration of candle (open close) a LIME UP arrow is placed on candle low ON CANDLE CLOSE. If a fast moving average is rising or falling fast the current momentum is fast (SPEEDOMETER).
