Time set EA

Dear Expert.

I need EA as per below requirement.
1) EA will read what is the current price at the time setting. Example at server time: Y. EA read price value at this time. (Time can be set manually).
2) Will auto set 5 Sell limit order and 5 Buy Limit order.
3) Step 1st layer to current price is 15pips. Step 1st layer to 5th layer is 5pips. This is for buy and sell limits.
4) TP for all layer is 15pips. SL is 50pips. If i put SL=0, means there is no SL. All this TP and SL value must be Hidden.
5) All pending order which is not triggered until time X will be auto delete. Time X can be set manually.
6) EA must or can be run at any kind type of suffix/prefix.

* EA must able to run Backtest and source code must be deliver.
