Want 4 Indicators in one and also EA

i have 4 Ind want to combination in 1 and pls needed entry /target and sl show text in chart  

same think do in the EA follow the rule

TP:  0.0                 ( 0.0 not use any TP )

SL : 0.0                   (SL if use set 0.0 not active sl )

TSL : 0.0                  (trailing SL If 0.0 not active trailing sl ) 

MM  : Ture/false      ( if ture MM will do work in following fancation)

Risk : 10                   (if ture see  calulation {AccountFreeMargin() *  Risk / 1000) / 100} ) 

Multiplier : Ture/fasle

 pipset    : 0                   // ( signal reprint and open 2 order and next set to max order lot size increasing

                                    // ( 0 mens fix lot size user set

 pair exit : 20        ( if multipair ture all pair  set 20 all order in profit in 20$ close all order mens user set any input its $ )

Max Order :ture/fasle

order : 10                            (if user set ture set 10 order no open order after  10 ea not open any order  in same direction both 10  )  

Target Goal : ture/false  

Target  : 5           ( means account reach in 5% profit in balance ea stop the trade in same day example : balance 100$ ea made in next min to hours 5$ after no any open position
