HI There, i have an EA that is running on a broker and its failing to set the TP on some orders, i got the following error

There are other orders that go on fine, now the broker says its due to server thinking its being flooded and i don't have the MQL file to adjust the EA so im thinking we can make an EA to watch the log for the words Failed and then the EA will email me a copy of the line that has the error on it, and also it will manually set the TP on the order in question.
So EA would see 13275872 is a sell on GBPUSD it opens it and then sends a modify TP order then gets a failed Order is locked then it emails me and waits 2 seconds and then it sets the TP from the line 1.55885 then emails to say TP successfully assigned
