Want a scrip or a ea which should control the primary positions opened by other ea

hi, i want a scrip or a ea need to worked on specific conditions along with other ea, since i do not have the mql file , i request you to give me a proper solution for my Mt4

The ea or the script should meet these conditions

1.should have the trailing stop for the position opened by other ea

2.when the trailing stop hits before 20secs , it should not close the deal, instead of that it should hedge the position

3.after 20 secs, the trailing stop it should close the position

4.time mentioned should be controlled

5.hedged pair positions should be closed after 1 min

Settings

Before time: 20 secs ( before 20 secs position should be hedged)

Trailing Stop: 20 pips  ( five digit broker)

After Time: 21 Secs ( position should be closed)

close hedged pair position : 60 Secs
