add functions wich on new bar closed will perform the following steps :

Open connection to DB.

Insert following data to current open DB ....

Close[1] + Open[1] + High[1] + Low[1] into to new line in DB where DB table = current pair

Close DB



# function 4.

Read all fields of last record into array
