An indicator and 3 function

Hello , ı need and indicator ı explain what ı want in 6 items under, Also ı need 2 function , 

FUNCTİONS 

1-İf ı send an order and it is executed or  not executedor not connected to broker  it will gives a signal,

2-if ı open an order , after 5 second it will modify the orders with new take profit and stoploss with magic number

INDICATOR

I try to write it but it draws zero  often , I attached it here  ı guess it has mistakes,

1-)we  will calculate the most popular price range  for last 100 ticks  with Gauss Distribution,

First we define max and min price for  this 100 tick, and then our range will be 5 pips,

“(Max Price –Min Price )/ 5 =steps“  And Steps will be defined,

For each steps we must calculate howmany  tick prices occurences there  are,

Steps are like this

1-(low  between  low+steps*1)                     occurences1 

2- (low+steps*1  between  low+steps*2)    occurences2

3- (low+steps*2 between low+steps*3)      occurences3

4-(low+steps*3  between  low+steps*4)     occurences4

5-(low+steps*4  between  low+steps*5)      occurences5

The biggest value of occurences gives us most popular price range

2-) Also with another buffer we calculate tick volume  

3-) if tick1<tick2 down price

İf tick1> tick2 up price

İf tick2 between most popular range  flat price

Up ,Down and flat we calculate percen of them for  total (Up+Down + flat)

4-)if volüme_tick1< volüme_tick2    volume_up

if volüme_tick1>volüme_tick2    volume_down

if volüme_tick1== volüme_tick2   or tick2 between most popular range   we accept  volüme _flat

volüme_Up ,volüme_Down and volüme_flat we calculate percen of them for  total (volüme_Up+volüme_Down + volüme_flat)

5-)Last we multiply 3 percent of price and 3 percent of volüme

So we calculate 9 buffer Tick_VuPu, Tick_VdPu, Tick_VfPu, Tick_VuPd, Tick_VdPd, Tick_VfPd,Tick_VfPf,Tick_VuPf,Tick_VdPf;

6-)İf there is no calculation ı want al 9 bufferes price is %16.6
