New ea to trade whit an exicting EA

Specification

I have one EA that trade on GBPUSD and find the entry of new order,

I would like to have one EA that on same pair GBPUSD, not same chart,

 Then the original ea open ex buy order and the market get against my way i would

like to have the new ea to open a new order on buy after ex 10 pips ( 4 digit), and if the still get against my way

and go further 10 pips (total 20 pips) it open one more buy order and so on, and then the market

 gets my way it would close all order on both EA´s in profit.

The original EA have its own magic number and trade only one order at a time.

The new ea should have the opportunity to change distance betwen opening of orders,

and could change the basket profit. 

Is this possible.
