Combination of alarms for 2 indicators

I have to announce second time the same job because so far the developers disappeared who answered they can fix this easy job(?). Please only answer if you have time and can do the job for me.

I need  a combination of signals and some upgrade for the alarm of 2 indicators.

One indicator is attached.

Alarm needed at every tick, when:

-       There is stochastic divergence

-       And  other indicator gives 1,2,5 or -1,-2,-5(this indicator gives value by tick)in the data window.

-       So i only need the alarm if both logical value is true in one direction.

I need  an option to set only regular or hidden divergence, or both.

An additional filter for the stochastic signal is required, to check also if the indicator after the stohastic  „hook” would come   back  from the overbought/oversold condition (means < 80 or >20 in case those limits preset).

The combi indicator should give an alarm on open candle, too.

The maximum alarm number per period should be adjustable.

The indicator would run only after every  preset number of ticks, and this number is adjustable.

I need the actual levels of the stoch indicator(signal and stoch value with bigger number on corner of the screen.
