EA using specific MA(s) buy/sell conditions with fix/variable cut lost / profit

Dear Valued Programmer,

I need following program logic for my EA, I try my best ability to describe what I want:-

Can use various standard timeframes (1 min, 10min, .....1 day..etc)

Example of EA proposal:-

MA1 = 6 (variable = user adjust)

MA2 = 20 (variable = user adjust), but logic input condition MA2 > MA1

Buy condition = When end of candlestick price >MA1 & MA2

a)Take profit & Cut lost (EA default) = When price < MA1 & MA2

b)Take profit (User input) = in pids
c) Cut lost (no input, per default)

Important note : Whichever condition met first (a or b)

Sell condition = When end of candlestick price < MA1 & MA2

a)Take profit & Cut lost (default) = When price > MA1 & MA2

b) + c) per above

Other conditions:-

1. Standard trading time (Asia trading time, EU trading time, US trading time) - User can choose 1, both or all.

1.1 Specific trading time in a daily basis (user specify time per GMT)

2. Closing all trades on Friday USA closing  - User can input (Yes / NO)

Per request above, please take special attention on "end of Candlestick price" per time frame and "Price" refer to live price when crossing the parameter.
