Convert an indicator from Pine Script to MQL5

Hello, I am looking for an expert programmer in  MQL5   to convert an indicator from Pine Script  to  MQL5.

The indicator is TMO Scalper from LNL capital , and I need it to work properly on MT5. 

It should looks like what it looks in Tradingview and have ALERTS system.

THE MOST IMPORTANT thing about the order is that I need support to resolve possible errors after delivery.
