I need an indicator with arrows made for M1 and M5 timeframes.

There should be no repainting signals, the signals
must appear fast and catch a lot of series with
consequent winning trades.

I am including a detailed description of the project
in the attached zip file. There is a doc and pdf formats
of the description.

If you make this project successfully, I will
add another easy task that will cost additional
$100. Once you make that as well, I will start
ordering 1-2 indicators per month each for $200.

So think of this project as of a test that could
help you get a stable and reliable income on a monthly
basis.

I am not a trader, so I don't explain the logic that
has to be used. The logic is up to you. Be creative!

P.S. I am not looking for a 100% meet up on all
the requested criteria, I just need the solution
that would be as close to what is described as possible.
